Mini Chicken Burgers
We wanted to do burgers, but they had to have veggies in them – so after much experimentation, we are delighted with the way these turned out! Tender free-range chicken breast, potato, mushroom, red onion, sweetcorn, zucchini and celery are combined with wholemeal breadcrumbs, cooked in the oven and slightly charred for that authentic BBQ flavour. Serve with our specially made low-GI mini burger high-fibre white rolls with a salad and home-made chips. Ideal for lunch, dinner or as a quick snack.
