One of the most popular requests from our customers, our version of butter chicken uses pumpkin, yellow squash and cashew nut paste to create the creaminess. Of course there is some butter, but only a tiny amount, and the spicing is mild but flavoursome to maintain the balance of flavour and nutrition. Delicious on its own or served with warm mini naan bread.
