"Getting enough iron is crucial for healthy growth and development in kids, which is why we’ve included iron-rich tofu in our veggie lasagne. Made from soybeans, tofu is a good vegetarian source of protein and iron. Plant sources of iron are more readily absorbed in the body if combined with vitamin C, so we’ve added vitamin C-rich red capsicum to our delicious veggie lasagne to maximise its nutrition benefits."
