Nutrition
We love our nuggets and these are awesome! Soft white fish rolled in our our improved Panko-based 'Supercrumb 2.0' that brings together our in-house, wholemeal Panko crumb with Quinoa and no less than six seeds (Chia, Pumpkin, Sunflower, Sesame, Hemp and Poppy). They're delicious as well as high in fibre, omega-3 oils, protein and wholemeal goodness. Turn them into tacos, have with a salad, fish burgers or a home-made version of fish and chips! From Skye, Our Dietitian:
"Fish is the richest source of omega-3 fatty acids, a type of fat which is essential for healthy brain development and eye function in kids. It's also an excellent source of protein to help build, maintain and repair muscles and other tissues, and is low in saturated fat. Because of these health benefits, it is recommended that kids eat fish 2-3 times per week, but most parents know that getting kids to eat it can be easier said than done! Our fish nuggets are made from chunks of mild white fish with a crunchy multigrain, chia and quinoa crumb, full of fibre, vitamins and minerals but still totally kid friendly."
