Sticky Date Pudding
A little weekend treat without going crazy, made with dates, carrot, apple and honey drizzled with a raw-sugar caramel sauce – a yummy pud at the end of an active day!
Caramel sauce (cream, raw sugar, unsalted butter), water, wholemeal flour, eggs, dates (7%) [dates, sunflower oil], carrot, apple, honey, extra virgin olive oil, cinnamon, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda.
