Veggie Soba Noodle Stir Fry
A great all-round noodle-based dish and favourite of the Go! Kidz taste testers. Subtle Asian flavours, low-GI buckwheat noodles, and packed with veggies. Great as is for an easy mid-week veggie meal, or it can be used as a base for stir fry's with your own thinly sliced beef, chicken or lamb.
