Veggie Loaded Chilli Con Carne
This Mexican classic has a delicious balance of chilli spice, black beans, low-GI rice, grass-fed beef, rich tomato sauce and of course loads of amazing veggies. A mild dish suitable for kids with a slightly more adventurous palette. Serve on its own or with organic nacho chips, sour cream and guacamole – YUM!!
