Roast Pumpkin Ravioli, Tomato Sugo & Mozzarella
Oh YES!! a variation on our gnocchi using an amazing ricotta pasta stuffed with roasted pumpkin puree and goats cheese in a creamy 8 veggie tomato sauce, topped with cheese. Sounds sophisticated, but is mild and totally delicious!
